GLEN (the Gambling Lived Experience Network) is an independent charity for people across Great Britain who have been affected by gambling harm, creating a place where everyone's voice can be heard, especially those who are often overlooked. We draw from real experiences to help people understand how gambling harm affects individuals, families, and communities, and to make sure those voices help shape how it is addressed. Guided by honesty, integrity, hope, and a non-judgemental approach, we work to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and help people better understand the impact of gambling harm.

Be part of GLEN, a diverse and welcoming network for people across Great Britain who have experienced gambling harm, either directly or through someone close to them. It is free to join and open to all, with flexible ways to get involved that respect your time, your voice, and your journey.

Stay Informed

A simple and flexible way to stay connected to GLEN, keeping you up to date with the latest insights, opportunities, and developments around gambling harm through our regular newsletter, without any expectation to take part. You can choose to get more involved at any point, but only if and when it feels right for you.

Have your Say

Building on Stay Informed, this also gives you a flexible way to share your experiences and perspectives through regular surveys and consultations, helping shape GLEN's understanding, services, and priorities. You can contribute in ways that suit you without needing to commit to ongoing involvement, knowing your input will help influence real change.

Shape Change Together

Playing an active role in shaping GLEN's work by joining a community of people who can get involved in different projects and activities. This might include joining project-specific groups, contributing to research, raising awareness in specific communities, or sharing your experience more publicly. You'll be compensated for your time, with your wellbeing always the top priority.
